Performances

The Academy of Musical Theatre is an independently owned performing arts school for children aged 4 to 18 years old. At AMT we deliver dance and performance arts training whilst building confidence and life skills in a fun environment. The Academy of Musical Theatre is perfect for initial training for a future career in the arts or just for fun.

Our School

Run by local, professionally trained teachers, The Academy of Musical Theatre provides fun filled classes in Ballet, Tap, Modern and Musical Theatre for all abilities, each Saturday during term time.

Our Theatre Company (AMTC)

The Theatre Company runs independently on each Friday night of term with more intensive classes in Dance, Choreography and Drama.

Nationally Recognized Qualifications

Our students have the opportunity to be entered for examinations in Modern and Ballet via the ISTD.

Public Performances

We perform one professionally produced, fully costumed musical theatre production annually at a theatre on the South coast.
